Open Enrollment Project Coordinator
8 - 5, M - F with some flexibility (8:30am to 5:30pm) no OT

Description:
Manage the 2015 Open Enrollment activities across the MAS Region
Provide administrative support the Open Enrollment Project Manager
Approximate percentage of time required:
1) Tracking and reporting out on the 2015 group renewals, QA errors, and Retroactivity - %50
2) Manage Open Enrollment Command Center inbox and track OE issues - 20%
3) Conducting data analysis - 10%
4) Preparing status reports - 10%
5) Drafting communications to the cross functional business owners regarding Open Enrollment activities - 5%
6) Preparing meeting agenda and meeting minutes - 5%
Top Daily Responsibilities:
1) Track renewals, QA errors, retroactivity and ensure business areas meet with Service Level Agreements
2) Communicate status and issues to Project Manager and other key stakeholders and project team members
3) Document agenda and action items for daily and weekly Open Enrollment meetings
4) Produce status reports based on group renewal data
5) Monitor group email inbox

Requirements:
1) Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
2) Experience with data analysis
3) A minimum of two years experience in project coordination or other project administrative experience including project tracking, schedule project meetings, preparing and distributing project notes and reports
4) Demonstrated experience with MS Applications, preferably MS Excel
5) High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required, Bachelor's degree (Business, Project Management, Health Care Management) preferred
6) Organization skills
