Culture and Training Support/Delivery Focused/Financial Services/Banking
An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with my client, a leading global retail bank, on a large scale transformation programme to support the work stream lead within the Culture and Training Work stream. The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of training and communications deliverables. It is essential the successful incumbent will have delivery experience within Financial Services.
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Oversee the development and delivery of the training for all Compliance staff.
*Prepare decks where required to ensure progress can be reported on and ad-hoc requests for information can be delivered in a timely manner.
*Ensure all training for Compliance teams is identified and delivered in a timely manner.
*Oversee the development of the technical content for the afore-mentioned training
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience working in a Training or Internal Communications function within Financial Services
*Ability to clearly and concisely articulate key messages across the business.
*Good team-working and inter-personal skills to collaborate effectively to achieve results.
*Excellent stakeholder management
