Workday HCM Programme Manager - Contract HRMS (HCM) Programme Manager Contract Dublin 12-18 months.
My client one of the largest in their respected space is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Programme Manager with experience of HRMS (HCM) Implementations. As a HCM (HRMS) Programme Manager you will be responsible for delivery of a Global HCM implementation Programme.
You will be required to successfully deliver all phases for the overall implementation global HCM Programme to quality, time and budget. You will be working with the business lead manage and control the overall strategy for entire global HCM Programme. Candidates will own overall Programme level management of both vendor and Implementation Partner and be required to manage the overall relationship between the wider business, HR and IT.
Successful candidates will have Senior Level Enterprise Programme Management experience, 10 years +, including at least 1 global HCM implementation; You will also have Agile Programme Management experience and relevant PM qualifications; candidates will have Significant experience of similar Global Enterprise programs. You will have HRMS (HCM) and related business process and best practice business analysis. Knowledge of HCM/HRMS systems is desirable (and you will put yourself ahead of the rest if you do), ideally 2 full life cycle HCM.
