Purpose of the Programme
A key deliverable of the programme is a new Online Channel, which will provide customers with the ability to manage all transaction banking products through a single portal.
Purpose of the Role
The role of the Channel Analyst is to work on strategic developments to ensure that BAU channel management activities continue.
Core activities include
- Ad hoc updates to customer and colleague collaterals to meet regulatory and mandatory requirements
- Delivery of BAU project activities
- Support for channel/product management activities including complaint analysis and responses, performance/KPI measurement and tracking.
- Channel campaigns and communications development
- Incident support
