Statement of Work: Financial Requisition and Invoice Processing - Process Development, Implementation and Evaluation
Timeframe: 2-3 months
Deliverables:
- Based on outcomes of the Requisition and Invoice Processing Lean Event, assess current processes and make additional recommendations for improvements related to efficiency
- Develop process maps to clearly document for both internal and external stakeholders what process flow should look like
- Meet with any applicable stakeholders for outstanding action items from the event above or to capture additional data and information as necessary
- Identify metrics for measurement of each key area to ensure that data is available and reliable related to improvement areas
- Develop an implementation plan to include timelines, tasks, stakeholders, communication plan, and follow up
- Draft a RACI chart for relevant roles and engagement for consistent management of processes
- Create an evaluation plan to assess the success of the implemented changes
- Draft, or facilitate preparation of, process flows and instructional materials in coordination with Communications team
- Ensure process interface with relevant, or related, processes across the enterprise
- Apply industry best practices to Legacy and new processes
- Considered "Guru" subject-matter experts in IT Professional Services. Individual possesses multiple years of experience and is extremely competent in: developing IT systems process maps, process architecture, and performance metrics for successful business process management initiatives; workflow design, and process improvement.
