Description
We are currently looking for a DUTCH speaking Voice Network Engineer to start ASAP on a Contract basis (6 months rolling) to be based in Mechelen, Belgium or Amsterdam, Netherlands.The Voice Network Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and ongoing support of the Network Environment and should have 3/4 years' experience in this field.
Responsibilities
Provides Level II technical support to users to resolve problems in conjunction with the Service Desk
Experience with Cisco
Voice/VOIP experience
Implements network structures to effectively meet business needs
Maintains the network Switches, Routers, data communications, and fiber networks
Performs the engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of networks, including Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems
Follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to install networks
Provides technical support to various departments and users with regards to LAN/WAN (local/wide/storage area networks)
Follows best practices to prevent incidence
