Quality Assurance Manager:
A Hundred Years is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for performing daily analysis and execution of test efforts for multiple product / project releases as defined by the Dev / Management team. You will be responsible to create and maintain the framework within which A Hundred Years delivers the perfect digital experience to our clients and their partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create test plans, develop, modify, execute functional and regression tests for various projects
- Perform functionality, compatibility, integration, regression, performance, stress, security, exploratory and benchmark testing on various projects.
- Perform the testing of responsive design templates
- Perform system installation and setup for test activities.
- Document bugs, subsequent fixes and verification results in our bug tracking system.
- Assist in the documentation of test artifacts (plan, cases) and execution of test cases from design documentation and functional specifications
- Implement quality procedures and test standards, execute manual and automated tests for multiple software builds within scheduled releases.
- Proactively monitor health and visibility of the QA effort on each build
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience and/or combined information systems analysis, design, development or implementation experience
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, JavaScript
- Familiarity with source controls tools, preferably Git
- Experience in cross-browser testing websites and web applications
- Familiarity with different phases of STLC, SDLC, and Testing Methodologies. Experience with agile methodologies desired including code management & build tools, defect tracking and automated testing systems.
- Beginning to Intermediate proficiency in establishing/documenting/executing test strategies/plans/cases from business and functional requirements
- Experience using Pivotal Tracker or Huboard for specifying test requirements, planning tests, running tests and tracking defects is a plus
- Beginning to Intermediate proficiency with Relational Databases, including building simple SQL statements
- Automation experience using Selenium
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Word Press, LAMP stack, mobile applications (Android, iOS)
- Black/Grey box testing experience preferred
- Agency experience is a plus
