For a project at our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a
German speaking Senior IT Project Manager within Global Payments Program (2292)

As a Project Manager within Global Payments Program (GPP) you are mainly responsible for:
• A challenging position as development team leader and Stream Lead for the Build Stream within the Global Payments Program (GPP). This role includes additional responsibility as Line Manager for the external GPP partners
• Responsibility for the introduction of further major releases of the 3rd party payment product Clear2Pay (C2P) and for the software development of the Integration Layer in order to connect the client’s interfaces
• Accountability for the management of the delivery of the C2P components and for the technical design and implementation of the integration layer components
• Responsibility for adapting the existing payments systems planned to co-exist with the target C2P components and for the decommissioning of legacy components
• Accountability for providing technical facilities to migrate from the existing systems to the target platform
• Involvement in the environment coordination for build and system test environments
• Chance to lead ad project team of 40-50 people and to be closely involved in Vendor and 3rd Party Management

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications / experience :
• Higher education or degree in Information Technology
• Proven track record of 10+ years’ experience in solution and / or software delivery
• Experience in leading large development teams with ~50 people, preferably in matrix or program organizations
• Excellent know-how in 3rd Party Software Integration and / or Software Engineering
• Knowledge in Vendor Management topics
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in German and English
• Excellent leadership personality with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders on all levels
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills and ability to work under pressure
