I'm currently recruiting for an interim Medical Staffing Manager to join an Acute Trust in a desirable location in London. This particular Trust is going through a Turnaround Plan to return the Trust to financial balance, by addressing the Trust's underlying operational and financial problems. With this in mind you will part of the CIP and QIPP projects within the Medical Staffing department.Key Skills:
- Experience working within Medical Staffing for an Acute Trust
- Must have experience working with CIPs/ QIPP projects within the Medical Staffing HR department
- Experience of providing expert advice to Senior Management, Medical Professionals and Clinicians
Key Responsibility:
- Development of CIP/ QIPP targets to meet the Trust's requirements
- Liaise with the Head of Medical Staffing and HR Director to ensure that the underlying financial and operational problems are acknowledged and solutions are provided
- Manage a team of 2 Medical Staffing Professionals
This position is for initially 3 months, but as the project starts there is huge potential of an extension. This interim role is paying a day rate of £300+ per day DOE
