We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator start immediately!

A temporary clerical position with our customer in Peterborough has arisen to help with recruiting related administrative tasks. The Successful candidate will be providing intermediate clerical and administrative support to the recruitment coordination team within the European Service Centre to allow for more efficient operations.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Contacting external and internal candidates and hiring managers to make interview arrangements
  • Booking internal meeting rooms for interviews 
  • Providing necessary paperwork such as interview guides and facility directions 
  • Updating necessary spread sheets and internal systems with data 
  • Answer queries from candidates or managers by telephone and email 
  • Provide administrative support for the team such as printing contracts
