My client requires a Strategic Marketing Analyst to sit within the Acquisitions team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Analytics Existing Customer Management activities, particularly focusing on the limits and pricing agenda, also providing insight to aid the strategic management of marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with strategic stakeholders across the business.
The Role includes:
  • Coordinating global market research, insights, evidence and impact from across the organisation for the purpose of analysis specific to product development.
  • Analyse and translate customer data into marketing insight and make recommendations into actionable programmes of change across the business.
  • Defining relevant customer performance metrics and producing clear and insightful reports to inform market segmentation and key areas of growth.
  • Modify or extend analysis based on data, review data limitations reporting on the implications of the findings.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Understanding of technical aspects around customer acquisition, management and strategy development.
  • Experience of statistical analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Prior experience of portfolio level credit risk models or strategies.
  • Experience in using SAS (Base, Macros), SQL programming.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Passionate about data analysis and how this contributes to the business.
