Position Summary:
Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead) is responsible for Automation Framework/Test Scripts design and Onsite-Offshore coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Automation Testing of the product.
- Define test specifications based on product requirements for the specific focus area assigned for the test lea Work with the offshore team for test plan development, test strategy definition and test execution
- Interact with the client development/client testing efforts from an interface perspective in Automation Area.
- Execute test cases and record test results;
- Interface with the internal development teams and helping in the Bug Fixes.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent Skills in Automation Framework/Test Script design.
- Ruby, Any Scripting language
- Strong skills in Linux
- Experience in Networking: TCP/UDP/ICMP/IGMP/Wireshark/NMAP/NEMESIS etc
- Experience/Knowledge in Firewalls, VPN is a plus.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
