Our Edinburgh based financial service client urgently requires a Vendor Management Analyst to join their large Data Migration Project. As part of a larger Vendor Management Team the successful candidate will have a broad understanding of managing statements of work, supplier contracts and legal matters.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Implementing New Terms & Conditions with suppliers
* Negotiating and drafting Statements of work
* Draft, update and alter outsourcing contracts
* Drive legal documentation through strict governance
* Managing business stakeholders, 3rd parties and legal teams
