Medicare Project Coordinator

Description:

Responsible for providing analytical/project/administrative business support for the Medicare Program under the overall general guidance of the Business Consultant.

Acts as coordinator to assist department and/or cross-functional groups with assignments/initiatives as required such as meeting minutes, agenda creation and meeting planning.

Also responsible for researching/collecting data, performing analyses, presenting results, and making recommendations.

Uses superior quantitative and analytical skills to create concise reports.

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Excel to create more complex spreadsheets and reports.

Uses intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio.

Entry to Intermediate level knowledge of MS Access Database.

Strong negotiating, influencing, and project management skills.

BA or BS preferred, HS/GED required, plus minimum of 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
