Synergy Consulting Group is looking for a QA Lead opportunity to fill a 12 month + contract with a great, Fortune 500 company in Findlay, Ohio.
The salary will be in the $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr range based on experience.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
The QA Lead is responsible for creating and executing test plans by working with software developers and other project stakeholders in order to identify and solve software performance problems.
Qualifications:
5+ years of QA/Testing Experience.
Expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, Load & Performance testing
Oversee testing process, provide regular updates and results
Attend meetings focused around software design and strategy
Previous Agile & Waterfall testing experience required
Strong communication & collaboration skills required
Experience with HP Quality Center required
Bachelor's Degree in IT related field of study or related experience
