Description
The architect would need to work across a variety of technology stacks, primarily Oracle 8 forms and additional connected Legacy services. A new system is being provided by 'vendor' and the new work is primarily being done in Java with Dropwizard.
The person in this role would need to have a strong grasp of the integration options between these pieces and be able to formulate a strategy to help the Customer understand what integrations are really needed, where the complexity lies, etc.
We need someone who will primarily be on site in Glasgow, with flexibility to visit London for a day or two a couple of times a month.
Critical aspect of role is to focus on integration and the individual must be happy to get into visioning and set up for the technical architecture view.
