100% AllocatedPart of the Order-to-Cash team to resolve hot-topics in the Customer Service area, creating design solutions and toolkits for M&A activity.
- + 7 years experience in SAP CS/PM; pre if there is also knowledge of other SAP modules.
- Primarily functional skills are important but (some) technical skills are also good
- Process knowledge of Install-to-Maintain (installation process of the machines, service processes of machines, contracts, etc)
- Good communication skills and someone who dares take responsibility
Role in project:
- Sequoia IT point of contact for Install-to-Maintain processes (SAP CS related).
- Alignment with other SAP CS/PM consultants .
- The Sequoia Professional (Out-of-Home) scope is not yet finalized, but there is a good chance that other countries will implement CS. IT consequences of this should be mapped.
