Senior Analyst, Service Desk Manager, Support, Contract, FranceOur multi-national client is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their team for a new 12 month project based in Massy, France.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the quality of end user support services within the region.
- Managing the service desk reporting, operational and service level targets.
- Provide input to help define the strategy and service improvement plans.
- Liaise closely with Regional Directors, IS managers and Senior Business Analysts.
- Assist with the technical road-map of the region working with other senior stakeholders.
Key skills:
- Vendor management experience.
- Service management experience.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Good background in support services ideally.
- Excellent English Skills, French would also be beneficial.
