I am currently recruiting for an interim Head of Resourcing/Recruitment to support my client in a huge growth period. They are an independent healthcare provider who strives to attract and retain the best people on the market. Their people is what makes their business so it's important they have the right workforce plans, skills and experience
They are a highly regulated environment as well as being operationally and commercially focused so a need to be extremely fast paced, creative and outcome driven is essential.
As the interim Head of Recruitment and Resourcing you will play a key role in the strategic development and direction of recruitment to the business. This will include utilising social media, creating direct sourcing models, supplier negotiations, recruitment process re-engineering, enhancing the employer brand and managing a small team of recruitment professionals.
This is an exciting and challenging 6 month contract that will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to the way they recruit and attract employees which ultimately will improve their end service.
