Description
Our direct Fortune 500 client in Cleveland, OH is looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst Consultant for a 12 month contract (with possible extensions).This exciting project will focus on planning an important enterprise initiative to release a new, complex pricing product upgrade which will be rolled-out nationwide.
This analyst is needed for the planning phase of the project to work directly with stakeholders to decompose scope and estimate the effort. The high level requirements from the planning phase will be the input to create detailed story cards that will be used by developers and testers.
The overall project team will be 30 people, so this resource needs to have excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to thrive under the spotlight of an important effort!
Required:
- 8 years' experience as an IT Systems Analyst including:
- Strong systems analysis skills
- Process mapping
- Use Case writing
- Requirements Gathering
- Story card writing
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- MUST have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work effectively with others and lead others through change.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology (Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Systems (IS), or related experience
