DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide technical support to all users in both remote and desk side scenarios. This position involves providing support for our IT Helpdesk and maintaining the company's IT Network including desktops and Servers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a level 2-3 infrastructure analyst or deskside support
- Computer Science Degree, Engineering, Mathematics, IT College Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of MS Exchange Server from installation, management and troubleshooting
- Experience with BES Server
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring Blackberry and Apple products
- Working experience with SQL Server from installation, management and troubleshooting
- Experience with MS IIS
- Experience with SAN technology
- Full working proficiency of VMWare ESXi 5.1 or higher
- Ability to administer and configure network equipment such as Cisco Firewalls, Switches, Routers
- Capable of supporting various LAN and WAN technologies
- Microsoft certifications such as MCITP, MCSE - an asset
- Cisco CCNA certification - an asset
- VMWare VCP certification - an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player
- Exceptional communication, problem solving, project execution and time management
