Description
This role is to Support the Store Design Manager in developing design concepts to present Telco products and services to customers through the delivery of innovative, thoughtful and approachable store designs and fittings that delight the customer, enhance the in-store experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the presentation and functional quality of all stores in the program is of the highest possible standard.
- Execute on the delivery of design plans, design changes, council approvals and tracking of the fit-out to ensure achievement of final trade date and excellence in store delivery.
- Engage with key stakeholders to define design solutions.
- Engage with PM resource to ensure cost/delivery considerations are met with relation to the projects.
- Program level reporting to the store design manager
- Provide guidance on design related issues within the team.
- Develop project plans for the delivery of all initiatives and working with all external parties to ensure delivery of these objectives.
- Manage, co-ordinate and control all meetings in relation to the design/construction to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the projects.
- Co-ordinate all design matters between the key project stakeholders
- Maintain visibility of overseas and local trends with to consistently achieve design excellence.
- Ensure all projects are delivered to pre determined timelines, costs & quality
- Ensure the customer experience is Embedded into all retail design activity
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail experience
- Interior design background
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Preferably hold an interior design degree
