A short term 3 month contract is available for a Stakeholder Relationship Manager who holds a current minimum Baseline level security clearance.

This role will require significant stakeholder relationship for a new capability amongst many and varied roles and positions. The capability being supported is Mobile ICT.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program/project communication plans;
  • Manage the day to day implementation of activities including working with clients, partners, internal and subcontractor staff;
  • Draft communication documents including memos, plans, fact sheets, talking points, brochures and other collateral materials;
  • Develop internal web based communications;
  • Independently handle several small or major projects, performing work with assistance/input of junior and senior staff;
  • Manage frequent contact with clients/stakeholders and proactively manage client relationships and manage schedules and timelines for client review of products;
  • Participate, assist and manage the development of policy documentation in support of Strategic Programs.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • demonstrated track record in the development and implementation of Public and Private Sector communications strategies and plans;
  • prior consulting or client service experience;
  • demonstrated written and oral communication skills;
  • strategic planning and communication skills;
  • ability to produce high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment;
  • strong writing skills.
