Your key responsibilities for the role will include producing the Financial & Management accounts for all of this businesses property subsidiaries, including inter-company transactions into SAP and Hyperion, produce trial balances and balance sheet reconciliations, lead the monthly business review meeting with senior business heads, produce monthly EBITDA forecasting for Property subsidiaries, assist in the preparation annual statutory accounts and auditing deliverables, support reporting manager with co-ordination of the annual business plan, produce VAT returns for property subsidiaries and provide source data for the preparation of annual corporation tax returns and monitor all cash payments, cash books and bank balances for property.

You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable financial and management experience, able to give relevant examples of where you've added value, worked with senior stakeholders and understood the bigger picture of a business quickly.
