The company provide high tech solutions to customers and clients who are looking to improve their business' performance and a worldwide name within their field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be opening and managing customer support cases, processing parts orders, dispatching for on-site services, processing autosupports, and managing other non-technical areas of support.
Specific tasks include:
- Contacting customers to provide post-purchase customer services.
- Identifying problems and providing solutions.
- Managing support cases for customers of different levels.
- Help Junior Customer Relation Specialists deal with complex cases.
- Adopt a leadership role within the Customer Relations team.
- Process Returns.
Requirements:
- Good Customer service/support experience.
- Fluent in French to a native level, both written and verbally.
- Ability to provide a professional level of support to corporate clients (B2B).
