Service Performance Analyst for Data Centre required with following responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and analyse KPIs for all aspects of Data Centre development and operation using a wide variety of technical and business data.
  • Define and review performance reports to support and improve support decision making and communication
  • Reviews changes in the business and data centre environment and the impact on performance metrics and ensure alignment with business and data centre objectives and strategy.
  • Facilitate service performance reviews and conduct trend analysis with partner teams in the wider Data Centre team and IT to proactively identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive change and improvements making direct correlation to benefits of cost, energy and carbon savings.

Skills and experience:

  • Appreciation of the electrical/mechanical/civil and process operations underpinning data centre facilities.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes.
  • Deep understanding of systems criticality and the business impact of failure.
