Description
Duties will include:- Participating in and be accountable for the development and execution of the regional and national Medical strategy.
- Supports all medical affairs strategies, including work on pre-launch therapies
- Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with national, regional or local KOLs (Key Opinion leaders)
- Deliver presentations with quality medical education in a variety of settings and obtain feedback to support brand activities as required.
- Ensure timely and informative scientific / medical exchanges with external customers and internal partners, which accurately reflect scientific data, in accordance with compliance policies and procedures as well as with legal and ethical standards.
- Develop and maintain an effective collaborative working relationship with the wider matrix team.
- Supports clinical development
- Acts as an ethical leader, demonstrating excellent awareness of the ethical, governance and compliance framework for the MSL role - both internally and externally
- Solicit and share best practices to enhance team productivity.
- Attend and support at International, European and local congresses / symposia
