Regulatory Manager/Regulatory/Compliance/FCA/Credit
A leading Banking client in Cardiff urgently requires a Regulatory Manager on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £350 per day. The purpose of the role is to support the Senior Manager for Regulatory Compliance in relation to key activities that need to be undertaken due to changes in regulator for consumer credit activity.
Key skills and responsibilities:
Review of FCA Handbook and other releases to establish which are relevant to the business and interpret requirements which the business must comply with
Support the business in delivering solutions to comply with FCA requirements
In-depth knowledge of regulatory and FCA requirements
Analyse and assess current practices against FCA requirements
Stakeholder and relationship management skills
