Description
Configuration Manager with Citrix, Windows and Jira skills is required for a 12 month banking sector assignment based in Stockholm.
In the role of Configuration Manager you will:
-Be responsible for deployment, build, packaging, working with branching strategy and version handling.
-Focus on the quality of the delivery and act as a technical CM support during development and testing, to ensure configurations in development, test and production environments.
-Assist the project manager with creating change requests/Remedy tickets for ordering production, Firewall openings, new environments and configurations needed.
-Be responsible for the establishment of the release process, developing the release plan, release policy and ensure the policy & plans are understand and followed.
The ideal consultant for the role of Configuration Manager should have:
-Experience from software development projects, preferably with experience developing software.
-System administrations skills with Citrix and Windows.
-Experience with off-shore teams
-Experience with Jira
-Reasonable experience working with Weblogic - deploying to, running code in, confirations.
-Good knowledge of Maven, including how it integrates with IDE's (Eclipse etc)
