Description
I am currently seeking a Stress Engineer on a contract basis to work with an F1 Client based in the Northampton/Milton Keynes area.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following skills & attributes:
Essential
*Experience with the Hyperworks Suite (mostly Hypermesh)
*Knowledge of hand calculations
*Ideally experience with Composite and Metallic parts
*Previous experience within an F1 environment is an advantage but is not essential, my client is more interested in a variety of experience in various industries, ideally aerospace, automotive, defence or similar industry is preferred.
Personal Qualities
*Due to the fast paced nature of the F1 industry, I am ideally seeking candidates that can thrive in this type of environment as well as work well in high pressure situations
*Although this a contract position, my client is looking for someone that has some level of commitment to the project (next season's car) and is willing to collaborate with other teams and engineers when required.
