Title: QA Lead - SQL and ETL

We urgently seek a QA Lead with extensive SQL and ETL experience.
- You will be responsible for the general supervision and technical guidance of the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of individual applications.
- You will maintain responsibility for assuring that all products are tested and certified for production release, meet technical specifications, and are compliant with company standards.
- You will also be responsible for test setup and execution.
Required skill set:
- Recent investment banking/financial services experience required
- 5+ years of hands on QA Lead experience
- Proficient in writing SQL Queries/hands on experience in Back End testing
- Familiarity with ETL/Data Warehouse applications (strong plus)
- Experience developing quality test plans and test cases
- Demonstrated ability to write scripts (Shell, Java, Ruby, Python, etc.)
- Must be comfortable working in a Oracle/Unix/Linux environment
- Experience with test automation tools a plus (QTP, VB)
- Thorough understanding of testing methodologies and processes
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced development environment.
