Leftlane Creative is on the lookout for a Senior Designer, for contract. You’ll design for a variety of products and industries alongside a crew of seasoned, passionate designers.
We are a boutique graphic design agency working with many consumer and B2B brands from around the world. We work in many different mediums, ranging from print advertising, brochures, product packaging design, identity, tradeshow booths, web design, visual design for mobile apps and desktop apps and much more. Since we’re a small shop, many of us take on multiple roles (production work all the way to bringing an idea from concept to a final creative ready for delivery to the client). We love our collaborative, friendly, flexible environment in Half Moon Bay, CA. If you’re local, we’d love to meet you and have you come to the office once in a while and if not, then you can work from home.
Here’s what will make a good match:
- You're smart and motivated. You get up to speed quickly, and you like thinking through tough design problems.
- Your portfolio shows examples of both print and web design projects you have worked and lead from beginning to end.
- You understand the principles of design and how to apply them to both web and print and to mobile design (responsive design)
- You’re comfortable with all phases of the design process, from production work, to concept creation, to delivery of a final product to our clients.
- You have the ability to work at a high pace and turn around projects in a timely manner specified by our clients. (Most jobs are fast paced and only allow for one to two day delivery times while others are projects that go on for months)
- You are highly proficient on a Mac in: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, (Dreamweaver is plus as well to help us code HTML emails)
