Description
My NHS client is looking for a IT Business Analyst to join their Infrastructure team. Applicants should have experience working as a business analyst, gathering user requirements, process mapping, change management activities and engaging with stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential as well as the ability to critically analyse situations and potential solutions.To be considered for this role you MUST have the following:
- NHS experience
- Good Understanding of health informatics issues and Infrastructure
- Ability to communicate effectively complex ideas to non-technical staff
- Experience of business process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience of change management
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to travel between sites and work on a number of projects to tight deadlines
