Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be an experienced interim General Manager with strong knowledge of all NHS national targets including 18 weeks. The key responsibilities for this assignment include:- Lead the General Surgery function including Trauma- Communicate with and influence Clinical Leaders and Clinicians
- Anchor existing and emerging Clinical teams effectively
- Support the Ops Director to deliver services in line with strategy
- Work collaboratively to identify hot spots, issues and breaches
- Identify resource needs for the Clinical Directorates
- Lead on Trust Divisional 18 weeks and RTT targets and plans
- Provide input into continued Service Improvement
- Ensure regular input and discussions with Clinicians
