Success Factors LMS-Elearning Creation Adobe Consultant - French

Support the design and the implementation of the Online training for colleagues in the region based on the strategic objectives of Learning and Development (L& D) and business needs. The E learning analyst will support and partner with L&D managers across the region to ensure the proper administration of the LMS platform and the Online Universities including iContent management and the EuAfME WebUniversities to guarantee the execution of on line continuous trainings plans following global and corporate policies and guidelines

Lead and implement the sustainability of the new LMS . Design the LMS plan for the region and test the platform System Configuration and Functional Requirements. Upload on line materials and E-learning courses in the Platform.
Per year, average of 100 online curriculum courses (BU Strategic Products, Quiz, Skills) to be created in Articulate and managed in the LMS from 10 EU markets.
Support the design and the implementation of the E-learning strategy. In alliance with the L&D team, the technical team, the marketing team and the commercial team define the plan of programs to be virtualize. Design and implement online training materials for colleagues across markets based on the business' needs and following the instructions of the subject expert.
Lead the e learning metrics by keep track of the training of colleagues by creating monthly reports with graphics and detailed information.
Provide to all colleagues technical support on the use of technological tools: Webinars, WEB Universities, iContent and the LMS.
Sustain the Online Web Universities in the Region. Design and implement the updates of the web pages (update of links, new content, banners and events, etc.)
Build and consolidate an E-learning culture by creating communications that promote WEB U resources (Monthly bulletins and through other communications that pro
mote E-learning)

LMS Technology and online training systems
BA in Business administration, Industrial Engineering, Education-Science, Communication, Webmaster or similar areas.
Required: Full bilingual English & one EU language Spanish, French, German
Desirable That the person has studied or has experience in the implementation and sustainability of LMS platforms.
o French is a plus
o Experience in On-line and E learning strategy implementation and course design including Audio, Video, Web, Social media.

Advanced Office: Meet special utilities tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Internet Explorer. (Creating databases, pivot tables, macros, etc)

Other systems: Knowledge in SharePoint and LMS and Content Management systems.
Knowledge in Online tools like Adobe presenter and Articulate Studio Presenter and QuiZmaker, Webinars, WebEx, Audio, Video iPAD.
