Senior Telecom OSS Experts (Data source)
We are looking for senior telecom system architects for data source design in multi-vendor network management and optimization system.
In order to reduce operation and maintenance costs, the network management and optimization solutions need to provide multi-vendor equipment management capability to telecom operators. And the wireless network data source (CM, PM, FM, call trace, etc.) plays an increasingly important role in such systems.
The ideal candidate needs to have strong system design experience in a large telecom equipment vendor such as Ericsson, NSN, etc.
Your responsibilities include:
- Research the trend of multi-vendor wireless network data source, competitor's analysis in short-term and long-term planning, and our Client to plan the roadmap of wireless network data source.
- Design the architecture of Client network management and optimization system, especially the mechanism of the data subscription, collection and NBI, and the system integration for multi-vendor interoperability test.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master or higher degree in telecom, computer science or software architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing products.
- At least 5 years of telecom network management and large scale data analysis system development experience. Have an in-depth understanding of mobile network management and data source development. Familiar with counter design, generate and trigger, storage, upload, encryption and load balance in the data collection of the data source. Familiar with the multi-vendor data format and OSSii, the various data source parsing, processing correlate and IOT/NBI.
- Deep understanding of customer requirements/pains, competitiveness landscape of the industry, market moves in the OSS.
- Strong interest and knowledge about industrial trends
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English spoken and written Worldwide short-term travels are required
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
