Senior Telecom Experts (Service Location Algorithm)

For our key client we are seeking talented freelance professionals for projects in Dublin.

About the Position

In this big data era, providing service on the basis of location is becoming increasingly important. To provide better service to clients, and develop the commercial benefit behind location, our clients team is keeping exploring and innovating new and pioneering solutions to locate more precisely.

Joining us, you will be responsible for the development of location algorithm,

Your responsibilities include:

  • Guide and direct key technological trends of LBS Field.
  • High performance Location algorithm designing; Take the theory derivation and simulation on Location Method, mainly focus on the algorithm of multidimensional fingerprint database creating and matching.
  • Write the detailed design and Analysis document.
  • Discuss with product development team and push the Algorithm into implementation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master or higher degree in computer science, mathematics, software architectures and/or communications or significant relevant industry experience.
  • A good understanding of LBS (Location Based Service). Experience of location algorithm research is prior.
  • In-depth knowledge and capability of modelling and mathematics
  • Experience of multidimensional modelling and matching search is prior
  • Experience of wireless propagation or commutation system is prior
  • Strong interest and knowledge about industry trends
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Worldwide short-term travels are required
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
