Description
- They are looking for someone with EU public procurement experience, and leadership/line management experience
- The purpose of this role is to procure suppliers for MP and advice on procurement strategy, contracts, procurement policy and procedures and operations to colleagues that includes compliance with UK legislation and EU directives.
- Their responsibility will be to lead, manage and support a team of Procurement Officers ensuring delivery of all Major Projects procurement requirements as well as keeping within Governance and Procurement regulations.
- Working as part of a team or independently, and ability to deliver results will be matched by your strong customer focus.
- We need a flexible, self motivated person to join a dynamic team working to demanding deadlines on major projects of over £10 million.
- Their contract and or procurement track record could have been gained in either the public or private
