About the PositionWireless network planning and optimization are the foundation of network performance. The Automatic RF parameter planning technology is the kernel of the SON CCO technology.My client has been trying to explore the leading technology in rapid RF parameter optimization, to promote network performance and cut down network O&M cost.
Your responsibilities include:
Guide and direct key technological trends of automatic RF planning and optimization.
High performance RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity.
High performance coverage prediction algorithm designing.
Discuss with customers on business requirements and present to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications (domain specific, partial qualifications taken into account)
Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications or significant relevant industry experience.
15+ industry years' experience, with at least 8+ years of R&D working experience in wireless network planning and optimization, network planning and optimization tools designing.
In-deep knowledge of the algorithm design of network planning, simulation, propagation model, coverage predication, etc.
Experience of software developing with one of the following languages: c/c++, Matlab, Java,
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Worldwide short-term travels are required
Hands-on and can-do attitude
