My NHS client based in the South West of England is currently recruiting for a Continuing Healthcare assessor.Your responsibilities:
-To manage a clinical caseload of patients
-To provide written comprehensive CHC assessments and recommendations for retrospective patients
- To provide comprehensive FNC assessments
- To undertake comprehensive health need assessments for patients with complex health needs
Essentials:
- Current clinical experience in the community
- Previous knowledge of the Continuing Healthcare process
- Own car and the ability to travel independently
This is an interim role for an initial 3 month period. Day rate is negotiable.
