SAP Business process re-engineer- 6 month contract
Our client requires a SAP Business Process Re- Engineer to be able to devise and implement in partnership with IS&T processes & systems solutions that meet the needs of continuous changing business conditions. Applies project management methodology to support the completion of key projects. The candidate must have the ability to manage medium to large size, global cross-functional projects. Extensive experience in SAP supply chain needed.Position Description:
Carry out Corporate business re-engineering directives
Advisor to functional business leaders
Devise and implement in partnership with IS&T processes & systems solutions that meet the needs of changing business conditions
Project manage cross-functional re-engineering implementations
Obtain consensus of all the stakeholders on solutions, approach and priorities.
Provide expertise in change management
Drive changes to meet business needs pursuing a model of continuous improvement
Work with Management to align projects to strategy
Provide clear and sustaining status reporting on solutions and progress to all key stakeholders on multiple platforms and levels within the organization
Research and understand emerging trends in the business landscape
Develop good, up to date knowledge of current and future IT capabilities
Establish and maintain professional and open relations with external parties
Experience & Education
At least seven years solution delivery experience in an SAP environment.
SAP Supply Chain experience
Integration knowledge of other SAP modules eg SD/MM/FI
Extensive knowledge of project management methodology and the full project life cycle (in particular gathering business requirements & facilitating user acceptance testing).
SAP end-user experience is required.
Experience working in Emerging Markets.
Assist with crystalizing and translating business requirements into a solution design
Manage interface to external customers/providers
Handover and train business owners on new business processes of functionality
Work with the IT consultants to design and validating the final solution to meet the requirements
Manage the User Acceptance Testing and implementation of the business change and supporting systems change.
