Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Functional SAP HCM Compensation & Benefits consultant for a role based in Milan.
Please note that this prefers an Italian speaker although English speakers will be considered.
The Senior SAP Compensation Management Consultant developer will be responsible for working closely with clients in the planning, designing, configuration and overseeing of software system implementation. The Senior SAP Compensation Consultant understands the set up and configuration options available while mapping and documenting the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the ERP system. Consultants are able to identify gaps between client requirements and available ERP system functionality and provide solutions to overcome these gaps. In addition, the person in this role will use their sound knowledge and experience with ERP systems to improve current business and processes.
Skills required:
Need an HCM consultant with minimum 3 years of SAP Enterprise Compensation Management Consulting experience and Portal set up experience. Global experience is a plus.
Must have proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting applications using Web Dynpro ABAP/HR ABAP.
3 years of SAP HCM full life cycle implementations in a senior role for Enterprise Compensation Management
Strong design and development skills
Experience with version SAP ECC 6.0
Proven success with resource and project planning with client-driven deliverables
Proven experience with ERP -- having implemented an ERP package on the project team side or on the receiving end of the client's HR processes, experience in an HR environment is an asset
