Financial Trainer for non-Financial Managers.Our client a large scale managed Learning company have a new customer project that requires a Financial Trainer with a background in accountancy ideally Chartered level to ACA, ACCA or CIMA, to deliver financial awareness training for non Financial Managers.
You would be required to deliver the following course to cost centre managers within a large organisation that will give them the skills and knowledge necessary to make sound financial decisions and deliver greater value for money in the company.
The Learning Objectives for this session:
- Explain the life cycle of our financial planning and reporting and how it relates to the business planning process
- Explain how our company is funded and the importance of financial governance
- Interpret financial reports and understand the terminology used in our finance
- Describe the purchasing process and the checks within it
- The importance of authority and accountability of responsibilities in making cost efficient financial decisions and the correct support routes to take when necessary
- Demonstrate an understanding of how to develop an accurate, viable budget and how to forecast and taking key financial concepts into account
- Practise how to manage a budget effectively through monitoring and identify ways to save cost or increase additional income.
