Description
1 year plus contract possible right to hire for a Sr. Help desk Specialist for Night support. Hours will be approximately: 7:30 pm - 6:30 AM and will include on weekend night.
4 or more years Call center/help desk experience,
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting support, problem solving and strong customer service skills.
IBM AIX/UNIX/Linux (novice to expert)
CISCO CCNA (or other Network experience such as Network +)
WINDOWS ADMINISTARTION, RAS support, Distribution Management systems support, workflow management
Remedy/Service Now/other incident management systems
Candidates must be able to pass a 20 year criminal background check and drug screen.
