We have a current opportunity in Iran & we are looking for BI&DW consultancy services in addition to training.
Below the requested Competence & Scope:
Project Purpose:
Creation of RFP to-be DWH/BI infrastructure Define Customer's BI roadmap, BI governance model Provide BI training sessions (Please find the draft curriculum in the proceeding BI training part) In this regards we need:
Senior/Principle BI consultant (x 1): Take part in the training program. Creation of BI Business Process & Governance guideline. Define CUSTOMER BI Roadmap. Define vendor selection criteria. The estimated man-weeks is 11 starting from 4th week of the project timeline. Senior/Principle BI consultant (x 1): Take part in the training program (optional). Do architectural assessment, define technology selection evaluation, provide HW/SW sizing reports. Making sample data profiling studies based on a selected data source. The estimated man-weeks is 11 starting from 6th week of the project timeline. BI consultant (x 2): Collect business requirements for creation of RFP, model the logical infrastructure of CUSTOMER's new BI infrastructure. The estimated man-weeks is 19 starting from 1st week of the project timeline. BI Training Program (lectures & presentation will be in English):

Business Intelligence Executive Briefing (3 hours) Business Intelligence Program Management (for PMs 1 day, for BI professionals 2 days) Business Requirements for BI Impact (2 day) Data Modeling Techniques (2 days) Data Integration Techniques (2 days) BI Testing (1 days)
