Service Manager: Infrastructure, ITIL, Unix, SAN, NAS, SQL, GxP

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking an Infrastructure Service and Operations Manager to be responsible for the following:

* Responsible for ensuring that the Infrastructure orders placed are aligned with business needs, processed, monitored/tracked until delivery to the customer.
* Responsible for ensuring all Infrastructure services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and agreed upon project plans.
* Responsible for the liaison between the chosen vendors (internal &/or external), the technical and operations service teams, the relevant country organizations and customer to ensure successful delivery of hardware & services.
* Responsible for the accuracy of operational reporting (financial, performance, service) in Front End tools relevant to the service delivered.
* Is the SPOC for the business and ensures to provide support appropriately.

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas:

* Fluent in English
* 2 years Global operations experience
* 2 years Global Service Management experience
* Strong commitment and self-discipline
* Strong communication skills
* Service minded
* Analytical skills
* Sense of business impact and relevance
* Infrastructure knowledge: Database (Oracle, SQL), OS (Wintel, Unix, Linux), Storage (NAS, SAN), VMWare, Hardware (Intel, Power-PC)
* Third party tools: Sharepoint, Remedy, Clarity, vendor-based tools (Service Now, Tuam)
* Compliance and regulation awareness (GxP, SOX, FDA, )
