Description

Site Engineer required for leading telecoms client in Belgium. The role is mainly a desk job with some travel to site. Must be an experienced Site Engineer with climbing certificate GOF 3, and must speak French, Flemish & English. 

The Site Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to:

 Collect documentation for the Technical Site Survey Report
 Take the lead during site visits (Acquisition process) and discuss the technical solution with the parties involved
 During the technical visits in Acquisition, manage the technical solution in such a way that the best cost efficient solution is found.
 Validate of drawings made by the architects based on the technical visit
 Continuously update plan for specific single site
 Lead the Kick off Meetings prior to the site construction
 Create the material list based upon engineering rules
 Control material flow
 Follow up in detail the construction phase with the aim to build the site at the required quality as imposed by Customer KPI's and SLA's. In doing so he/she makes sure the site can be accepted first time right. 

Required skills and experience:

 Site Acquisition understanding
 Excellent Civil Works 2G and 3G installation
 Good Antenna & feeder installation
 Basic BTS and NodeB Installation/Integration
 Excellent Microwave Installation and 2Mbit connection
 Excellent Belgian Safety rules requirements
 Excellent Acceptance leadership
 Document preparation and control
 Excellent Technical knowledge in Power
 Sub-contractor management
 Climbing certificate compulsory
