My client in a desirable location in Yorkshire is looking for a motivated individual to join their HR team as a Medical Staffing Officer. The Trust is under going a restructure throughout the HR department and you will be responsible in providing complete support until the substantive post has been acquired.Key Skills:
- Must have an understanding of Medical HR and experience with working in an Acute Trust, including EWTD, Medical policies and procedures, medical contracts
- Experience with dealing with junior doctors and managing rotas
- Understanding with end-to-end recruitment for all grades of Medical Staffing
- Knowledge with certain systems including ESR
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Medical staffing department with the day-to-day enquiries and operation of the department
- Provide support in relation to rota/staffing patterns to ensure effective staffing levels and ensure staff have knowledge of EWTD
- Oversee the management of end to end recruitment process
- Liaise with all levels within the trust, including director, stakeholder, divisional managers and front line
