My client, A highly reputable manufacturing company, is looking for a dedicated Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive process with the key aim secure that Continuous Improvement is perceived as an important means to reach business objectives.

You will need 3-5 years experience with Continuous Improvement and a Lean approach specifically within service and administration areas preferably sales or marketing departments at an international level. You will also have plenty of experience in change and project management. You will be working throughout an international organisation implementing Continuous Improvement and you will have no trouble building relations across functions and cultures.
