A higher education client of ours are looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to join them on a 12 month programme.Experience of Microsoft Dynamics and Higher Education is highly valued
The position will involve:
- Develop a long term CRM roadmap including KPI's for acquisition and retention of customers to drive long term loyalty.
- Build a holistic plan for email marketing, social media campaigns and website content moving towards a personalized and individual customer experience. Ensure continuous improvement is seen across the plan through a test and learn mentality.
- Balance regular communications with an engaging tactics comms plan.
- Produce data driven insights about our customers to feed back into wider business planning.
- Build a customer life cycle strategy across the organisation to move towards a single customer view
- Business performance:
- CRM KPI tracking and reporting
- Timely and successful implantation of the CRM strategy and campaign plans
- Ensures that best practices and innovations are implemented
- Demonstrates the ability to inspire and motivate others
This position is looking to recruit for the beginning of October.
